International online orders must be returned via Borderfree and must be authorized using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service to process this form and to receive shipment documentation. Borderfree will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise at the international hub.
We are not able to offer merchandise exchanges on online orders shipped internationally. If you return an item that was purchased using a coupon discount that was taken on the entire transaction, the value of such coupon was proportionally distributed to all items purchased and the discount will be forfeited and may not be reused. If you return one of the items, the final price refunded will be the original as-sold price shown on the receipt less the prorated coupon discount.
Returns sent without the appropriate documentation may be delayed in Customs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original international shipping charges
Afterpay returns follow DXL’s standard return process. If you return an order made through Afterpay for the first time, it can be confusing, as you may expect the entire payment schedule for your order to be readjusted to reflect the new order value.
Once the refund is processed by DXL it automatically drops through to Afterpay, and your payment installment plan is adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment installment and working backwards.
Therefore, you may find that your payments that are the furthest out, have been reduced to zero, and the closest payments remain at the original value.
If an item is returned to stores, the full amount paid will be refunded to the payment method connected to your Afterpay account, you will still be responsible for your payments to Afterpay.
